Round timber is cut with a band saw, from which layers are formed, which are then dried and sanded down to the required thickness – up to 1 week.
In this phase the prepared layers of wood are put together to achieve the best wood image and then they are glued together and then veneered if the final product has a veneered top surface – up to 2 weeks.
In this phase, parts of the bathtub or complete wash basins are milled from the glued blocks. Afterwards, the parts are finely sanded to their final shape and prepared for further processing – up to 3 days.
In this production phase, bathtubs and washbasins are spackled and, if necessary, stained to the desired tone. European ash as production material can be perfectly stained with water stains – 1 day.
With this phase the most important and longest production phase begins. Our objects are varnished, dried, sanded and re-varnished in an extremely complex process with 12 to 14 layers of special varnish – up to 4 weeks.
After the last nanolayer of varnish has been applied, polishing can begin. After this phase, the finished objects are carefully and elaborately packed and ready for shipment – up to 3 days.
